Hi, I’m Ingrid Stefaniw, a Brisbane based certified lactation consultant and registered nurse with a master’s degree and a Graduate Diploma in Neonatal Intensive Care offering Australia-wide Support.
I am dedicated to helping parents navigate the beautiful—and sometimes challenging—journey of feeding their babies.
With 16 years of nursing experience, including 12 years in the NICU, and years of supporting families both in-person and online, I provide practical, evidence-based guidance in a warm, non-judgmental way.
I understand that every family and every baby is unique. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and support you need to make feeding your baby a positive experience. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or exploring a combination, I’m here to help.
