Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services supplied by The Baby Coach in Australia.

The Baby Coach services in Australia include telephone, online and in-home support and guidance for new mothers coping with raising infant children from after birth, through toddler years. 

These may be in the areas of infant sleeping patterns, feeding methods and patterns, dietary supplements to assist with reflux and general infant happiness and wellbeing. It is also about supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of parents. 

The Baby Coach has varying charges depending on the exact nature and extent of services provided.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Prices displayed and/or quoted and include GST and can be paid online by EFT or electronic exchange systems such as BPAY. Payment of all services is required ahead of the service itself being provided.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any liability arising is limited to the value of the Baby Coach services provided and does not include any other losses including alleged consequential losses. 

The Baby Coach does not accept liability for allergic reactions or skin irritations caused by products recommended by Baby Coach. Clients must be aware of any allergies they or their children may have prior to using any recommended products such as vitamins, supplements or skin care products. 

The Baby Coach does not offer any medical advice. Such advice should be sought from a qualified medical practitioner.

To the full extent permissible by law, The Baby Coach disclaims all liability  express or implied in respect of any service or advice given to clients.

By clicking on the Website or App where indicated, or by otherwise proceeding with the use of services offered by the Baby Coach you, the client, accept the terms of this Disclaimer and agree to it being used as a bar to any claim or loss alleged to occur. 

In the event of a breach, of these terms and conditions, The Baby Coach, at its sole discretion, may suspend a service agreement or cease offering services to a particular client including offering a pro rate refund of any fees paid in advance.

The Baby Coach reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

The Baby Coach is a registered business name in the State of Queensland. Services and styles unique to the Baby Coach, to the extent permissible by law are intellectual property of The Baby Coach and must not be modified, rebranded and offered for in any way as to confuse customers with the service offered by The Baby Coach. All The Baby Coach images and branding are the property of The Baby Coach.
